Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on October 23rd at 6:00 PM 

The AGM will take place in an online meeting again this year and is an opportunity for our community to elect our board of directors and bring up and questions or concerns they may have.

To join the meeting please click the link below and join a few minutes before 6:00 PM.

Once you've joined the meeting, you will be muted by the moderator until it becomes time for questions. This is to keep interruptions to a minimum while the meeting is taking place. Before the question period, someone will explain how the questions are going to work, and then the question period will begin. If you have questions, follow the directions of the moderator and your question will get answered.​
